Paul and Barnabas Part Company

15:36 After some days Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s return ¹  and visit the brothers in every town where we proclaimed the word of the Lord ²  to see how they are doing.” ³  15:37 Barnabas wanted to bring John called Mark along with them too, 15:38 but Paul insisted ⁴  that they should not take along this one who had left them in Pamphylia ⁵  and had not accompanied them in the work.

[15:36]  ¹ tn Grk “Returning let us visit.” The participle ἐπιστρέψαντες (epistreyante") has been translated as a finite verb due to requirements of contemporary English style.
